Check In Time Requirements
- We recommend checking in for your flight one hour or more before scheduled departure times.
- Please allow additional time for busy travel periods.
- Baggage may be checked at maximum four hours before departure time, or once our ticket counter is open.
At a minimum, please observe the following required check in times.
Flights departing from: Boston, Billings, New York/JFK, San Juan
- Check bags at our ticket counter at least 45 mintues prior to departure
- If you are not checking bags, and have a boarding pass from our website or from another airline, please recheck with a Cape Air representative at your departure airport gate at least 30 minutes prior to departure so that we can weigh your carry on bags and complete check-in details.
Flights departing from: Anguilla, Nevis, St. Barths, St. Croix, St. Kitts, St. Thomas, Tortola, Virgin Gorda
- Check bags at our ticket counter at least 45 mintues prior to departure
- If you are not checking bags, and whether or not you have an advance boarding pass from our website or anohter airline,
you must recheck at the Cape Air ticket counter at least 45 mintues prior to departure
Flights departing from all other locations
- Check bags at our ticket counter at least 45 mintues prior to departure
- If you are not checking bags, and whether or not you have an advance boarding pass from our website or anohter airline,
you must recheck at the Cape Air ticket counter at least 30 mintues prior to departure
For customers using our New York City Ground Shuttle to White Plains:
- Our ground transportation from Manhattan to Westchester County Airport, operated by Dashaway Limo, picks up and drops off passengers on the south end of Hudson Boulevard East, near the corner of 34th Street, adjacent to Bella Abzug Park. (Nearest subway station is 34th St/Hudson Yards station) Please be at the pick up location at least 10 minutes prior to departure time.
